Anyone watch the 24/7...you know those sit ups Floyd does where he does a full sit up, then stands up. Anyone try those...they look like they would be a great workout.

Yeah we did em a month ago. its ok... but you gotta have some one whose willing to put there arse on your feet and have you thrust your crotch in there face everytime you stand up straight.
Frankly, the idea soon left - everyone got fed up of having a face full of **** every time there partner did a rep and having boney feet up there arse.
PBF proberbly calls Boxing Scene up - i bet there would be hundreds of volunteers willing to have PBF crotch in there face 24/7. HA!.

The weight difference has to be kinda great... Your lil brother can't help you do them... someone a lil over or more... I've tried them and itdoesn't work as well when someone is the same size as you... you start to rock a lil...
maybe its on the strentgh of your partner too. Floyds small.. so its easy for him and his 300pound uncle to do them.

haha - well.. i do them anyway... (in seriousness) i did feel as if i was putting unnecessary strain on my lower lumbars. Anyone else think it might cause strains to the lower back??
