      STFU Brown you have no room to speak. Why don't you put a vid up on youtube, then you can talk ****. Well you really gotta work on your footwork man, no need to bounce around so damn much. Your handspeed is terrible as well man. You are pretty good for a guy that's never been in a gym before though or trained.

        Heh, I can punch faster... I was just trying to get my punching technique down first

            2k, are your posts always nonsense?

            Anyhow, practice makes perfect, concentrate on your form more then speed and power, you have to perfect your form and technique before anything

                Try to keep your hands still..I did that too, my trainer got me to keep my hands up and steady using weights (when they are weighted down it takes more energy to bounce them around so you will either tire yourself out or stop bouncing , it helped me improve a lot). Remember bouncing expends energy that you'll need later on. good luck.
