    Medicine Ball

    I've been training with 1 loads lately, get on them folks theyre awesome.

    what else do you do other than having somebody throw it at your stomach?

      plyometric exercises (throwing the ball with different variations like side throw, chest pass, overhead throw, slams, etc.)

      core work

      pushups off the ball (for stability)

      power-overs

      LOTS of different things to do with one little medicine ball.

        I like using a brick wall and use the medicine ball to simulate jabs and right hands.

            Just started doin that a few weeks ago. Im lovin it.

            do you do both hands on the ball or do u have one hand on the ground one on the ball and switch over after each rep?

              Yeah n theyre awesome as a workout with a friend, back to back passing it to each other, sit ups to each other with them.
              I like using it to do sit ups with aswell.
