    Two weeks off

    Hey,

I had my four wisdom teeth removed, got infected, and was pretty much laid up for two weeks. I could finally start going to the gym this Friday and nearly died doing only 2 hours of work (nothing near what I used to do). I pretty much had to stop eating for those two weeks (liquid diet so lots of protein shakes). Any advice for getting back into the groove after two weeks off, like should I just go back to my four meal a day eating or wean myself back into it. I've never really had to take time off from this so this is new to me...I feel so weak right now. My trainer is telling me to just go back to the eating, but I dropped 16lbs..166 to 150...and want to put as much back on in muscle as I can...does this sound like a good idea or should I just try and get back to a safe weight first. (i'm 6 ft btw..I think ideal is around 162 right?)

Thanks, not sure if this would be considered a ****** question..guess I"ve just been lucky enough to stay healthy lol.

ease into your training, dont go all out, your body is still recovering and healing - I would suggest going about your diet as normal, might want to stay from the harder foods, and rinse out your mouth after every meal, or your mouth will continue to get infected
