I would like to get fit (trim up w/some muscle definition) have 4 weeks to really work at it. 170lbs very little fat, anybody have a workout schedual/plan and meal menu that would help me in my body sculpting. Would appreciate any feedback.

no offense dude, but there is a search option here and the internet has tons of info on the matter. everyone works out differently its a workout regimen not the ten commandments. put some effort into it and do some research and experimenting, no one here is gonna give u the holy grail my friend. u gotta put some work into it if u wanna get in shape.

when im on the threadmill tho i do it on the highest incine so it burn of 100s of cals but depending on what type of run you want to do really hight incline for buring fat, fast 100m sprints to get fitter id mix it up each day

if you don't run much, start off running a mile/ mile and a half a day, eat well, fibres, protein, carbs = fish, chicken, cerial, fruit etc.
lots of press ups especially in the morning and before bed, sit ups and crunches also.
you can also use weights, if your not boxing i suppose it doesn't matter too much what you lift so get in a gym and start lifting.
