    Daily Schedule On School Days??

    School is comin up and im not gonna be able to wake up every morning to do some roadwork..if its possible, what time will i have to sleep and wake up to get some road work in n still have enough energy for school to keep me awake?

    and also, ive been out of the game for a bout 3 months due to a shoulder injury but will be returning next week and my trainer is already talking about a fight date set on oct 6 or 7..

    i weigh 149 right now but i do got a lil extra fat and my ideal fight weight would be 138..any ADVANCE tips on losing weight, and nutrition? and should i buy a sauna suit? i hear its bad for you but it could be a faster weigh to lose weight..

    i spread it up so it loooks like less writing

    Well its recommended u have 8 hrs sleep so thats wot i would say. As for Losing weight im not too sure cose i spend most of the time trying to gain weight, but the simple thing of eating less and healthy should work. As for a sauna suit.. a black back is a cheap alternative and my bro uses that on runs and it helps him as they colour absorbs heat and makes you sweat more..Hope this was Usefull
