Well im moveing from weight lifting to boxing cause the weight lifting was geting me too heavy and too slow and too chubby. I also usta be an endurance atlete before I stated weight lifting I lost my endurance and speed weight lifting so now im going to shed weight and get it back. In weight lifting I was eating evey three hours you know how it gos when weight lifting and you count your calories certain amount of carbs and protein and fat every three hours. Well im not going to eat like that no more what I was guna do is just eat sensible helathy food and eat when im hungry and don't stuff myself.
I was guna eat mainly fruits veggies and lean meats like chicken breast. Im going to stay away form the grains and rice they have a tendancy to blow me up real quick I also wantto stay away form dairy.
Stuff for breakfast I owuld have would be something like an egg white omlet with all mixed veegies in it green pepper mushrooms and an apple and maybe a banana too.
Lucnh would be some chicken n vegies maybe some corn or peas
dinner i owuld have with a sweet potato maybe,
Well anyways right now im 177 pounds and 6ft tall I wnat to go back down to 158-160 pounds does that seem like a good weight I think anything under that would be too low for me dont ya think.
Is this type of eating helathy ok or do I still haft to eat the way bodybuilders eat every three hours with some meals as whey protein shakes and everything.
So does anyone have any tips for me?
Should I still lift weights alos my trainer coach said not to cause it will mess me up I think that lifting some sort of weight would just keep my streth up i dont know. BUt all teh other kids in my gym are ript or got muscle and my coach says they just hit the bags and train pushups ist ups jumping jacks you know how it gos and he said they get msucle like that.
