    I believe your recovery times improve with work.

    I remeber when I lifted and bam, I really couldnt do **** the next day. And then few months after when i could lift at 9am and then lift as much 6 hours later.

      i was ready to say that you were lifting too much weight to improve performance, then you said about increasing strength without increasing mass, and i remembered some friends who used to do the same thing in the gym- lift really heavy weights for only 1 or 2 reps.
      any more information on how its affecting your performance? imight give it a go.

      ive been lifting weights for about 2 months inbetween boxing training about 30 reps and done quickly to work on the fast- twitch muscle fibers (ive got to say i havent realy noticed any change!)
