You still aren't answering my question. If I eat big, then it'll all go to my stomach and create a belly. Will 200 crunches daily along with your suggestion of 3 sets of 10 pushups, do anything to prevent the food turning into stomach fat?
How long before I see results(from the smallest amount of results)?

Here's a quick question:
During the day, is it ever too late to do the crunches? I know doing them right after a big meal will cause a stomach ache or w/e, but when should I do them?
Night-time the best time or by then is it too late?

Honestly dude you need a more intense workout. Get a job so you can get equipement and go to a gym. It will not all "go to your stomach and create a belly" if your training hard because you'll need all that food because your muscles will need it to replenish themselves. 200 crunches and 30 pushups wont prevent it but its exercise you should be doing you need a harder workout which consists off running, jump rope, burpee's, bodyweight squats and dips. You can start off with 200 crunches and 30 push ups but you will increase that as you go on because within a few months of training you'll realize that amount is basicaly nothing.

What about "suicides"? It's where you run like 20 feet, stop then run back and you go back and forth? Is that any good for cardio? If so, then how many should I do daily?
I got stomach muscle. When I flex my stomach and poke, I can feel it's pretty hard, but there's no visible abs. I got maybe a half inch of fat(or slightly more) on the front of my stomach when I flex and almost the same on the sides.
200 crunches daily won't help get rid of it you're saying?

examples of cardio is like running, jump roping, riding a bike, swimming, etc. 200 crunches wont burn the fat but it builds ab muscles which will help you burn the fat when you do the cardio.

this is how you do a dip, you can do them with a chair as well.
If you can get a pull up bar where you can do pull ups and chin ups.
A burpee, well i cant find a good picture of it is when you stand up straight then bend your knee's, then kick your legs back so that your in push up position. Then you bring your knee's back and stand up again.
Once your able to do 30 or so do a push up when your in the push ups position. These are meant to be done in a row as it is a great cardio/strength building exercise
