Id like to ask everyone here, would dieting and loosing weight at the age of 16 stunt my growth? will it be bad for my growing body? I dont want to be stuck at 5''8 my whole life due to me dieting at my age. Just thought id ask you guys what you think about this because latly lots of people have been bringing this up when the subject is pointed towards me dieting. And also since milk is good for your bones, would and could drinking 2% milk still let my bones grow or does the bone growing and the healthy **** only come in normal milk instead of less fat milk?
