    stich

    ok i do a 3-4 mile run evry moring and after i skip for 20 but when i do the skiping so days a get a right painful stich when i jump should i cary on skipping or should i stop because so times i cant jump no more

    i watched Braniac the other day and they worked out that the fastest and best way to relieve yourself of a stitch is to lay on your back and pull each knee in turn to your chest.

    Its upto you if you want to stop or carry on.

      On my 5 miler at the weekend I was 2 miles in and got a stitch, you know what i done? I hardened the **** up and carried on running clocking under 36 minutes (respectable). Harden the **** up thread starter
