Training Journal- Eazy_Mas's from bum to champion

My goal her is to reach some regional competition and win a medal.

today i started some serious training and i going to say what is happening during each.

I started with Yoga at 2:00-3:00 , Yoga helps to control you body and mind as well as it helped me with my breathing and balance and stretching out. did alittle of heavybag for fun.

and after Yoga i went for a 1Km swim 3:30-4:30.

at 6:30 i started my boxing training I ran about 1mile and slacked off the others 2.5 mile that i supposed to run. later in the gym i felt all my energy is gone as well as me legs. so did little tech. and then went off home.

for other guys like Versy, Daty, Speedkill or any other who is training is good thing to write a journal so you could tell some of you experince and help you where you are right now and what advice people could put.

right now i trying to finish my jogging thing without slacking off, the weather is hot and humid and abit dusty.

It not only sitting closing you eye doing nothing it much more than that there are many position and stuff goes with it.

it going to give me the concentration, flexability and balance for my body that is going to be good for boxing.

remeber thing unorthrodox training give you unorthrodox result that is my theory

I was only kidding anyway! haha.

Yeah, iv seen some yoga chaps before, more often then not, they've zero fat on them... but that might be because they are usually vegetarian hippies or something.

But still, its a good muscle work out.

              Nah! i don't need a journal man...

I'm in training though. It usually goes like... during the day, i have a couple of mile run.

Then at training 3 rounds shadow boxing, 6 rounds skipping, 6 rounds heavy bags, 3 or 4 rounds on the pads, 3 rounds sparring. Then we do a circuit.. which goes like..

Inbetween exercises you gotta shadow box for 30 secs, then sprint on the spot for 30 secs.

You start by doing that, then do 10 press ups, 10 burpees, 10 squat thrusts, 10 leg raises, 10 sit ups, 10 crunches...basically exercises like that. You do 10 different ones with the inbetween parts.

Then we do an endurance exercise, like keep our arms out for 2/3 mins and then we stretch and cool off.

I do that.. 4 days a week. Mon - Thurs. Friday and Sat off and on Sunday i go run hard.

THats my life! Training takes about 1 and half to two hours. At the end i'm really tired. Its quite strict and we get shouted at and pushed and do everything as hard and fast as we can.

Its good. I'm gonna be fighting in October (when the British AM season starts again) and i think i'll win.

                  ....The best...

                  That is me! haha.

Nah, i don't look that far ahead. My goal is to be the best in my gym, every day i go in there with the aim of outboxing one of my mates whilst sparring, to do really well. I have no aspirations to be Olympic champion or anything, my goal is to start fighting again hopefully win a few.. but mainly, do my best and enjoy myself. Its as easy as that.

at least keep it on a regional level at first and by time you going be hungry for more.

People in the gym sometimes will go easy on you.

I never sparred heavily, but that doesnt matter because even Calzaghe concentrates on conditioning but with a boxing twist and does some light sparring
