    Beta Alanine

    Beta Alanine is supposed to be this new hot product that many call to be new creatine(as in it will make a breakthrough in athletics compareble to creatine in mid 90s). It is supposed to help both aerobic and anarobic endurance as well as strength and mass gains if you are seeking muscle gains.

    As for me, I am taking beta alanine for 3 days now and have some interesting results on my sprint trainings and lifting

    i heard about this a few months back but it seems very expensive. apparently has a good beta alanine and they claim it is a godsend. yo brook, lemme know ur results and stuff after a month on it. lemme know bout the lipo 6 too. thanks.

      I'm really tired of all these extra supplements and Add ins and mixes and drugs that are suppose to help people get better.. or give them the gifts that should be given Naturally...

      Thats why i've been killin my body with a new training technique... I haven't gotten to where I wanna be yet but I feel that it will come someday...

      I'll prove that the best way is All Natural.

          I'll be honest.. I sure didn't... I use to look for the perfect supp/pill/drug but never found it... searched for like a month non-stop everyday on the computer... going to GNc asking people stuff like 6 times the week..
          Vitamin shoppe card and everything..

          I just gave away a 5 pound jug of whey protein the other day to this guy from my church..

          Naturally has given me the result in my stomach, and arms and back and chest that i wanted...

          thing is now I want more.. and I do so much already.. so now I just literally took everything I do for cuts and muscles and times it by 10.. (not running of course)

          but things such ass push-ups/pull-ups/ weight workouts/ upside down pull-ups (lol I'm a nut)/ I been workin on the upside down push-ups... an this new thing ..

          postrate pull-up... YEA I mean Horizontal Pull up... I almost got it.. its a lil nuts and drains me so much(abs Back legs) I can only do about 4 but not totally straight...

          i give it 3 weeks or less.

                yo D, what is this new way u been training? u gonna show us some vids or sumthin that would be good.

                no idea wut a upside down pullup is, wouldlike to see how its done. the other exercises u mentioned are excellent i have tried them before and it takes amazing strength levels to succeed. fill us in on the secrets ma man!!

                  CEE is old news, anything but Creatine Monohydrate is a waste of $$. I like the theory of Kre-alkalyn, but after using for over a year, its really here nor there...
