what do u suggest i do first?? gain weight or lose the body fat first?
well, if u lose weight, u will have to gain it again if u want to get bigger, wont u? so i guess the logical answer would be to gain weight and then cut down. i would check out a bodybuilding forum too for more detailed info and specific diets and supplements and stuff...
What everyone here said and you can also look up the so'called anabolic diet, now I am not gonna elaborate on it much since I am not so sure if it's good or not but it seems that it helped my friend big time.
