    one arm pushups and one arm pullups

    i dont train with weights, so i do ALOT of bodyweight training like pushups, pullups, squats, handstand pushups, etc. recently i started doing 1 arm pushups and 1 legged squats and i can feel a HUGE difference in my stength and explosive strength. you guys should def use one arm movements cuz unilateral work will cause an increase in overall strength, balance, and coordination, plus its a good burner to the core too. my next goal is to complete a one arm pullup. right now i can do them with one hand wrapped around the bar, and the other around my wrist, but my ultimate goal is to be able to do them with just one hand wrapped around the bar...

    anyway, if ur not doing one arm pushups and one arm squats (and one arm handstand pushups if ur a psychopath), start it up guarantee u'll fall in love QUICK!!

    one arm pullups are pure pain. i did 1. once. lol

    one arm handstand pushups are incredible, unfortuneately i cannot do them.... im lucky for a two handed handstand pushup. it took me forever to get to three. how did you go about training to get to one?

      well, i never did one handed hnadstand pushups, but i can do about 20 in a row of two handed ones. i mean i just get into a handstand against a wall (my back is facing the wall - to increase range of motion) and i jus go up and down, i also put a few books under my hands so i can go down lower to zap the whole shoulder.

      start by doing pike presses from your feet on a staircase. have your feet 2 or 3 steps behind u, and ur hands 1 or 2 steps in front, and pushup with ur shoulders thats how i trained for em. u make increases really fast with them...

              make sure ur hand is like in the middle of ur chest, with ur body slightly twisted towards whichever hand is on the ground, and have ur feet spread out wide, bout 1.5 times shoulder width. i'll post a vid if u want to see the form.
