i dont train with weights, so i do ALOT of bodyweight training like pushups, pullups, squats, handstand pushups, etc. recently i started doing 1 arm pushups and 1 legged squats and i can feel a HUGE difference in my stength and explosive strength. you guys should def use one arm movements cuz unilateral work will cause an increase in overall strength, balance, and coordination, plus its a good burner to the core too. my next goal is to complete a one arm pullup. right now i can do them with one hand wrapped around the bar, and the other around my wrist, but my ultimate goal is to be able to do them with just one hand wrapped around the bar...
anyway, if ur not doing one arm pushups and one arm squats (and one arm handstand pushups if ur a psychopath), start it up guarantee u'll fall in love QUICK!!
