    How Many Sit-Ups if you dropped right now?

    I reckon i could do 300 atleast

    maybe 100, i just started training agian, I am still out of shape, not fat but out of shape

      not nearly enough, a few months back I could do more press ups than sit ups, although roadwork has changed that around, mayb say 100-150 but I used to be able to do them non stop but it seems alot harder now

        i know i could get in at least 250 cuz thats the most i ever did in one sitting, but i'm sure i can do many more.

          honestly, in a single stretch before stopping?
          yesterday i busted 86 before taking a break (30 sec) and doing another 50.

            I find push ups and pull ups really hard but for some reason find sit ups so easy.when i do them i normally do 2 sets of 100 and then 4 sets of 50 with a 30-45 second break between each.

              I could probably pressure myself to do like 400...

              If I didnt pressure myself alot tho, i'd probably end up at 250-300.

                I can do 500. it's more like crunches than sit ups. I usually go half way up and hold myself for at least 2 seconds so i feel the burn on every one. This usually takes me more than 1/2 hr. to do. But I suck at push ups- i wish i can get better at em.

                  Oh, not alot right now, I think. 200 or so, if I push myself.
                  Pull ups are easy, can easily do over 25-30. I do pull ups with weights on me.
                  The most I've done is 3x 5 reps with 35 kg hanging from the belt.
                  It's a long time ago though, I've broken my hand in a motorcycle accident

                  Push ups standing on the arms, with the feet up against the wall, I usually do 3x 10 reps. Archie Moore used to do it, so I do too!
