    Muscle Milk Light...

    Just started taking it... I was 200 lbs. in Dec... I've been eating right, getting in my road work, lifting, boxing, and playing basketball... I'm down to 175 right now and showing results but, not all the results I want... I still want to drop a little more weight (160-165) but more importantly I want to get around 7% bodyfat... After doing a little research I figured I'd try Muscle Milk Light so I don't gain all the fat from the Original kind yet get all the protein it has to offer... I'm hoping this helps build muscle and still allow me to drop weight and get those stubborn pounds off from around the mid section...

    So far it tastes much better than protein thing I've ever had...

    I'll let you guys know how things go as far as my weight, muscle growth, strength and bodyfat are concerned...

    it's probably good stuff, but the name freaks me out - mUscle Milk, it makes it sound like you're drinking *****

      hey pbrick i gotta a question. how tall are you? and also since you know a thing or two about supplements, is there any supplement that I can take that would enhance my performance without making me put on weight and messing with my growth? o and btw im 16 years old thats why i asked< that question.

        nothing legal.

        ur only 16 dude, ur metabolism and hormones alone are enough supps to enhance ur performance. dont mess with pills right now man ur still growin into ur body.

          Muscle Milk? Never heard of it lol isnt it like actual milk? If its made with soy i'd stay away from it cause soy produces estrogen and can lower testostrone which kind of hampers alot of stuff since testostrone is our main muscle building hormone and is a factor for aggression to which we use in the ring.

            I'm 5'9"... And I have the same advice to you that Speedkillz had... Your young, let your body develop before you start trying to enhance it with supplements... You might mess yourself up taking it at an early age... I'd say wait til at least 18 before trying supplements... I took my first supplement at 18, Hydroxycut... I went from 190 to 165 in like 2 weeks... I didn't take it right and almost killed myself... Not literally but it felt like it...

                Good for you man... I say if you don't wanna gain weight but want to gain muscle, lift but make sure you're getting your road work... As far as I know, cardio will burn the fat and lifting will put on the muscle... Since you want to not gain, I figure you want to keep a lean body type so I suggest low weight, high reps in the gym... I'm not even close to an expert but, these are some of the things I have read and been told... I'm just gald I have places like this where we can share information and people with a lot more knowledge than me can inform and direct us the right way...

                  ya im just getting back into lifting but I dont take anything like protien shakes or nothing before or after my workouts so that way ill gain a little muscle but not alot*I have to be 152 in 13 days and I need to be a good 152 not a out of power and dried up and weak 152 but ya when i posted earlier I wasnt trying to show off or discourage you I was trying to motivate you and let you know you can do it

                    The only thing about Muscle Milk is that its going to cause a bit of water retention. Just make sure you're drinking at least a gallon of water a day, you should be fine.

                    Especially since you're on a cut.
