Just started taking it... I was 200 lbs. in Dec... I've been eating right, getting in my road work, lifting, boxing, and playing basketball... I'm down to 175 right now and showing results but, not all the results I want... I still want to drop a little more weight (160-165) but more importantly I want to get around 7% bodyfat... After doing a little research I figured I'd try Muscle Milk Light so I don't gain all the fat from the Original kind yet get all the protein it has to offer... I'm hoping this helps build muscle and still allow me to drop weight and get those stubborn pounds off from around the mid section...
So far it tastes much better than protein thing I've ever had...
I'll let you guys know how things go as far as my weight, muscle growth, strength and bodyfat are concerned...
