    My Diet - Tell me if its wrong or what i can change

    Morning: Cereal with semi skimmed milk
    Afternoon: Cup of tea and a banana
    Lunch: 3-4 eggwhites and vegtables
    and i drink at least 6-7 litres of water a day
    what else could i add to the diet or what could i change?

    Seems like you're not eating much.

    Frequent meals in smaller portions is good.

    Maybe add some more fruit to the banana as well.

        Before i begin, I'd just like to say im not a nutritionist, but in my opinion you're not eating enough. You need more proteins and complex carbohydrates to keep you going through your training, as well as not neglecting your vitamin and mineral intake. Try having pasta, white meats, fish and foods like tofu. Also on a related note, you're eating regimen sounds just a tad boring, you don't always have to be so strict with yourself. Personally I can't live without my weekly steak.

          you cant ask that my man. everyones bodies are different u jus gotta eat alot of natural foods and dont count calories or **** like that jus eat and eat only natural foods and work out hard as a mother ****er like i told u in ur other post. most of the foods i eat:

          eggs
          fat free cheese
          skim milk
          chicken
          wheat pasta
          brown rice
          oatmeal
          tuna
          tilapia or salmon
          wheat bread
          yams
          fruits
          veggies

          always eat a BIG breakfast and space out about 5 or 6 additional small meals throughout the day to keep ur metabolism revved up, after training, i like to eat some low glycemic carbs immediately after to get an insulin spike, i usually eat 2 handfuls of raisins right after i'm done, then eat my post workout meal. plenty of info on here on diets and **** u jus gotta search for em and sift thru all the bull****.

            yeah true i know i shoudlnt have asked that, but thanks for the answer anyway

                  2 to 3 litres a day should be fine.

                    Far to much water. do you know if you consume to much water each day then you can die quite quickly because it thins your blood out to much and dilutes all your insides. I think few people die a year after drinking to much water during a marathon as they think they need it. I'd say drink maybe 2-3 a day.
