    Thanx For Input

    1st Of All Thanx For All Input At First I Thought It Was The Shoes So Bought Me Some New Balance From The ****** Shox So I Went To A Dr. And He Said I Had Little Arthritis My Trainin Consist Of 6hr I Usually Run In The Mornins About 6 Am Then I Train From 3pm To 6:30 Pm Im Goin Slow Dowwn On My Running And Pik Up The Swimming And See How It Goes Plus Kinda Wanna Try Out My Swimp3 I Will Definately Git Bak To Let Ya Know How It Goes

      well put...However maybe the impact training of road work can be supplemented with jumpin and rope and than swimmming on top??

        oh yea no doubt jump ropin was a given i thought in any routine. it should be a staple of any routine for ANY athlete imo.

          spend money on getting proper running shoes made for you if your gonna do it everyday. they may cost you 100 quid plus but in twenty years you'll be happy you got them!
