Come on guys, everyone has to start somewhere....
obviously no formal training or probably even any research on proper stance/punches ect..., but without formal training (or even with) everyone will make mistakes and get into bad habits.

i cant understand why these guys post these vids on the internet where anyone can view them. people see this **** and think its boxing and think its easy and that everyone can do it. ****** ****ers. i will admit seeing this did cheer me up i cant believe this guy thinks he is actually "punching" the bag. im thinkin white hope is worse but i only seen this guys one video. tough choice. maybe they can get together and do some 5% sparring and see who would win if they "went all out"... douchbags!
