    my update...

i got my ab roller aka exercize wheel today, used it, at first it hurt my lower back, but once i read instructions n realized how to do it properly, wow what a work out, it works your abs, your arms, your back, its great... only one day with it and i can feel effects...

i was traingin hard today, and i got my TAX return :P:P so i went online and bought some more training gear, i didnt get a headgear or no foul protector yet, seeing as how i wont be gettin in my gym til at least june...

but i bought a new double ended bag, one of the ones recommennded for homes not gyms.its everlast brand.. got sum title mexican handwraps. hopefully they are longer then my everlast wraps i bought at walmart lol.. and i bought everlast black 10 oz pro gloves. i dont really need these seeing as im not pro, but i wanted 10 oz gloves and i figured i might as well get the best brand. i didnt care for hook up and loop, so im happy with what i bought. not i wont need new gloves until i start amatuers. and aside from headgear, no foul protector, and shoes, i have everything i need.

my training has definitely stepped up a notch know.

    im ready.

    peace.

well good for you man, I used to use one of those things... it was alright I guess. Im not so sure about your choice of equipment, It would have been better the get a heavier glove to train with, and if its a training glove get a 16 so you also have sparring gloves. Get some shoes too.

hope you didn't spend much bread on the ab wheel thing. they are easy to make. you could even use pieces from a weightlifting set to make a cheap one.

at first it hurt my lower back, but once i read instructions n realized how to do it properly

you were arcing your back, weren't you?

        hey thanks guys...

and chyea i shoulda got sparring gloves, do most gyms use 16 oz for sparring ? i always thought it was 14...

i defintely need shoes as well, but those i refuse to buy online, i need to try them on before i buy them... im pretty sure im gunna buy addidas shoes...

and YES i was arching my back, it really fkin hurt, but then i realized ur spose to try to geet the back stiff and not move it when you go dow nand up with the roller. more use your legs hips and arms to do the movements...

i only payed 99 cents for mine off ebay :P:P then with the 8 dollar shipping it was like 9 bucks... and yeah your right they are so basic, anyone could make one. any curling bar could easily be turned into one.

These sparring gloves are really used for bag work, beleive me you'll need at least 12 onuce for a heavy bag.
