    Your Routines - "On" AND "Off" Season?

    I'm new to boxing, been training 2 to 3 times a week for the last month. I've an excellent trainer, very old-fashioned, very thorough.

    I'd like to ask some of the fighters here to post a basic representation of their "off-season" weekly routines, along with their "fight prep" routines - I ask this to get a better idea of how different individuals train.

    So, if anyone here wouldn't mind sharing, I'd be very grateful - thanks for reading!

        So you train just as intensively when you don't have an upcoming fight, as you do when you have a fight?

          Their is no off season boxing become a part of your life when you eat, its healthy for boxing, when you sleep your getting your recovery for the next day of boxing. When your tuning out your teachers in class your thinking about that beautiful left hook you landed in sparring.

          For the physical training unless your injured whats the point in slacking off. If you give yourself proper recovery time you should be able to go out and give 100% every day. Theirs no point of having an off season, where you take it easy and get all soft n flabby. I mean our soul purpose on this earth is to have *** and it comes a helluva lot easier when you have the chizzeled bod from training hard
