My body is out of proportion

My arms are pretty swole at 17 inches but my chest and abs r lacking.

Should i quit my arm workouts and up my chest pumping to 4 times a week?

Im thinking high reps to rip the fibras up so they are jacked up for my next workout. If i do this for 4 weeks my chest should swole up to match my arms.

    What do ya think?

Its up to you but just want to let you know I had to stop because my liver was 3 times the size of a normal liver when I was taking that stuff. Now I'm paying for the x-rays and all that crap

First off, Flexy, unless you're seven feet tall, those arms are not even close to 17 inches.

Secondly, boxing is not bodybuilding. Put on the gloves, eat right, and let your body do what it's gonna do. The skills you develop in the ring will determine your physique, not the other way around.

Protein can't get you sick unless that's all you consume without and carbs and fat. If you eat a lot more carbs than proiten, than your body should have no problem digesting them and using it's nutrients.

17" arms are very big if your not fat, i'm 6'5 235lbs and mine are only 16"!

protein is highly unlikely to make you sick unless you are taking rediculous amounts or simply not eating a balanced diet.
personnally i have a protein shake in the morning and just before bed. each shake is 30g of protein which actually goes quite a long way. Some bodybuilders nsist you need 1g of protein for every pound of bodyweight but i would not recommend it!

if your lifting weights focus on moving your elbows rather than your hands

I think you are bulldhitting, no way can you get your arms that big without getting your overall body big. I mean there could be minor improportions but not something like that.

If that's him in his avy, no ****ing way his arms are 17". At 6', those are about 13" (they'd look a lot smaller if he wasn't squeezing them flat with his knuckles.) I know, because mine are just over 14" and they look about like that -- although I don't hold have to mine out with my fists. I'm 5'9" and 175 lbs.

Yeah, that dude's a troll for sure.

There's been a few too many bodybuilding threads in here lately... Steroids and whatnot. Take that crap over to T-Nation, this is a boxing site. :|
