I know this has been beaten to death, but if you do lift what is your regime? I use to just lift weights but now that I have started boxing I can't seem to get a set plan that I could benefit from. I don't lift heavy, guess I just need some ideas.

I looked at the ask men site for ideas then built a workout plan from theresimply working the chest, shoulders and back 1day, legs another, abs on 2 days, and biceps and triceps another day. I also do a 30min cardio every morning (running, skipping or shadow boxing).
