    Spars Every Other Day,
    On The Days He Doesn't Spar He Works With The Medicine Ball And Jumos Rope

    Roadwork-at Night....until 1 Week B4 The Fight...he Then Switches
    3-5 Miles
    6-7 Miles Once A Week

    Breakfast-banana And Vitamins
    Lunch-tuna
    Dinner-baked,broiled,or Blackened Fish With Green Vegatables. Pasta 1-2 A Week.

    Thats All I Could Find On His Training...any 1 Know Any Thing Else About His Training?
