          Yeah, right he went to court to have the fight overturned. Goldie could have any fight he wants, yet he couldnt rematch Trinidad? Oh, but he could fight Vargas, Maygora, and Hopkins after Trinidad did, you guys are living in a fantasy. Fight was in 1999, and hes still talking about it, get real...

            yah, funny though how Oscar said he would never give Vargas a chance that is until Vargas stepped up and lost to Tito,
            and lost like a warrior fighting till the end not by running away .

              Yea and after vargas lost he cry like a baby. He didm't went over and shake titos hand after the fight. Oscar dicided to fight vargas after vargas was on 2 fight winning streak and vargas won the wba title again before fighting oscar. Yea its ashame your boy try to cheat by using steriods yea what a great warrior using steriods to try to beat oscar and it back fired on that cheater.

                I'd like to see the Floyd Mayweather vs. Oscar De La Hoya fight, just because it would be a great advertisement for the sport of boxing, and it would also provide us fans with one of the greatest match ups in recent memory. If De La Hoya lost though, you'd have to wonder if the Tito Trinidad rematch was there for him to take, would it not have been better to avenge that loss and go out on a high. Floyd Mayweather is frightening, I don't see anyone beating him.

                  Tito, DLH needs redemption although it would be a mismatch at this moment with tito coming of such a layoff after a horrible fight, and then again i really want floyd to loose his first fight and i think DLH has a chance against him so

                  DLH Vs Tito = not such a good fight, but more of a bringing back the past

                  DLH vs Floyd = megafight, and more of an even matchup than DLH vs Tito

                    Tito offered Oscar a 60-40 split (60 for Tito since he thought he was the Golden Boy after the fight) and Oscar wasn't happy with it and the fight was never made. Tito couldn't make 147 anymore so he moved up to take on Reid. Oscar's been ****ing his opponents for a long time by giving them a chance to fight the Golden Boy and always him being the bigger attraction take most of the purse, this time Tito called the shots and Oscar didn't like it.
