Comments Thread For: Miguel Berchelt Vows To Release "All The Poison" on Oscar Valdez

WBC super featherweight world champion Miguel Berchelt is ready to paralyze the entire Mexican Republic when he faces mandatory challenger Oscar Valdez on Saturday night at the MGM Grand's Conference Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Berchelt will be making the seventh defense of the title he won in 2017 from another Mexican, Francisco Vargas, by knockout.

In case anyone is confused he’s making puns on his “scorpion” nickname, not just ridiculous for ridiculous’ sake

I guess Mark Breland is handling the water for Oscar Valdez on fight night or something.

Jk Mr Breland, you the man.

I’m not so sure... Berchelt fights awkward with his hands down and chin up. If he hasn’t worked on that, Valdez could really catch him with one of those wild, everything-on-them left hooks and do serious damage

You're not far off but that's a tall order from someone like Oscar who hasnt seemed to progress offensively or defensively of late. If Oscar cant catch Berchelt between him throwing those wide hooks and hurt,or gain Berchelt respect, then I see him walking right through Oscar. Oscar's been hurt in pretty every fight previously against lesser opposition and that doesn't bode well for him against someone like Berchelt. As a socal dude like himself,my heart says Valdez but my betting money would be on Berchelt. Prove my ass wrong Oscar.....

Got Berchelt but would be surprised to see him get rocked or dropped by a hurt and desperate Oscar. I think Oscar is gonna try to box early then get ****** into a war mid fight
