Former world champions Felix Sturm (41-5-3) and Vincent Feigenbutz (32-3) could be heading for a showdown in April, writes BILD and Box-Sport.de. I miss the German cards. Used to be one or two every month shown on Boxnation a couple of years back. Used to be many German or at least German based champions Klitschko’s, Huck, Hernandez, Abraham, Stieglitz, Sturm, Braehmer etc. The boxing scene seems dead over there now.

Feigenbutz must have the weakest claim to being a world champion.... I can't think of any other ones outside of minor world titles

He won a VACANT interim title via robbery

Was upgraded to regular WBA champion, and immediately lost it in a rematch via KO

That's such a perfect storm technicalities to become a 'world champion'... the Gerald Ford of titleholders
