Mikey/Danny Garcia werent good wins to me. Porter is a decent win but Porter isnt elite. Lamont Peterson was way past prime.. the only win that was a great win to me was Kell Brook. Spence is clearly better than those he fought tho so I'd say he probably is the top fighter in the division right now. I'm not willing to say that he beats TC tho

edit: WW is a glamour division but its pretty weak right now. Danny Garcia being considered a top WW is proof of this. Just a bunch of B-level fighters beating up on each other.
