Damn. I know unvaxxed purebloods that have tested positive less times than you. Like, zero times since the pandemic started.

There's probably no time to implement this before 2022 but one change I have mentioned before and would like to see is to reward the more accurate picks with more points.

Any monkey can pick the correct winning fighter most times, so doing that should only get you 10 points.

Picking the correct method of victory on top of that should get you 15 points. And then if you are really good and pick the correct detail for a perfect score?That should get you 20.

At 'purebloods' like we ain't all full of unnatural toxins. Well who knows, all this virus crap is about probabilities.. I live in a fairly densely populatated bit of a densely populated country, got 2 kids with me and another two who I see, I help run a youth club, and I'm a sociable mfer, specially this last week. But yeah half my friends are unvaccined and 50/50 probably whether they had it or not, although a load who dodged the last 20 months got it now.. Reckon most everyone will have got it at least once within the next few months though... and of course that's gonna be the route back to normal.

This time though I wouldn't have even known except I had it cept the friends we were supposed to be going to visit asked for a lateral flow cos they got a vulnerable relative staying. Honestly don't feel ill this time at all.

Anyways back to the Pick Em don't think that's a terrible idea at all... I do believe it was mooted a coupla years back to - probably 2019 when we swicthed from 10/5/5 t0 20/10/10 but wasn't particularly popular. I got no issue raising it again though. I would probably lean 10/10/10 myself, at least for the first year . See how it effects play balance before commiting to such a substantial change.

Thanks man, everyone's OK though. Think I mighta sneezed a coupla times yesterday but that's about it. Lil Ks got a pretty steady cough but isn't really out of sorts, Jrs happy because he can sit and play X-Box instead of being dragged round to see our friends or have to sit through a New Years eve party full of adolescent self-conciousness and I always got my books and my Chess and the Scene to keep me busy. Only one particularly put out is Ms K but she's strarted some ridiculously abtruse crochet project for her friends Birthday in a coupla weeks which should keep her occupied.

Rumble vs Keithj and ruedboy I think. Roll was in with a good shot but missed the Agrba pick I think which leaves him too much ground to make up barring an upset or freak draw which is frankly unlikely. 10 points in it I believe though I ain't done the calculations myself.

I picked Petrov hoping for the upset, and even let the website "save" my thread so I could just quickly submit it later.

Didn't get to it in time but it didn't matter since Agrba smoked him anyway.
