Comments Thread For: Hearn Wants To See Tyson Fury at Ringside at Joshua-Pulev

Eddie Hearn, promoter for IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, believes WBC champion Tyson Fury should be at ringside next Saturday night at SSE Arena in Wembley. Joshua will return to the ring next weekend, after nearly a year of inactivity, when he faces mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev.

Thought Hearn and Joshua were against that sort of thing?

        Actually no ...

Fury has been offered well paid DAZN or SKY sports commentator jobs.

Wilder was offered a SKY commentator job for Cardiff and they added his own booked press conference.

The issue was Wilder insisted he had to have access to the ring guaranteed post fight and wouldn't discuss a contract prior. His argument was they would try to silence him ?? though given he was getting his own world press slot and a commentary job to millions of AJ fans just made him look ****** on that one.

Tyson isn't being guaranteed ring access though he might get it anyway COVID permitting.

Whyte was not guaranteed ring access was offered it for one fight as he was commentating but was too far away from the ring to actually get in, Klitschko is the only one they had in and he was signed up in advance.

I don't think you should have a legal document for ring access to someone elses fight that is just mad and i'd love to know if any other fight had that.

Remember they had to keep AJ from jumping into the ring and challenging the winner of Fury v Wilder.

This is very strange....they didn’t want wilder to be at ringside out of fear he would enter the ring and challenge Josh like Fury did to Wilder in Brooklyn. The combination of Joshua and Edward is a fickle entity....

If Fury intends to fight Joshua it would make sense for him to turn up and help hype the fight. If he doesn't then i guess he's not interested. Quack quack.

Hearn can not stop himself from making ....no sense. He's getting up there now but I always like when 'silver spoon' ran into the ring when he thought the Froch/Bute fight was over ...It wasn't and he then ran out of the ring again like the prat he is.. this ****** move could have gotten his fighter disqualified.
