Additionally I think its quite naive to believe that the constant discussion of his outside the ring life when it has no correlation to his in the ring life isn't racially based. I live in Texas, I’m a retired LEO in Texas. The code is under the transportation code and falls under FSGI which can be a class c to a class a misd depending on damages. The penalties are increased if injuries are suffered at the scene and it can move into felonious territory. Any crime that is punishable up to one year is a class A misd. Anything above that is a SJF to a F3, F2, to a F1. Start with TTC550.022
