Floyd aint dumb, hes a very wise shrewd businessman... but he holding tank hostage, i believe in the fear that Tank has the talent and ability to out do his achievements in the ring.. maybe not $$ wise but he is very gifted fighter, and since Floyd took him under his wing he aint progressed sh## in the past 3 years.
