If you had total control of the boxing world, what would you rearrange?

What would you get rid of and what would you add?

Create a central governing body for the sport, an international union of professional boxers which controls rankings and match ups.
This union negotiates with broadcasters for rights to air fights.
Broadcasters in turn accept bids from promoters for each fight as an event.
Make it illegal for promoters and union fighters to enter into a 1-to-1 contract.
Stop recognizing current ranking organizations since they become superfluous with the above structure.

No judges over 95 years old. Which is like 95 percent of the judges.

I always thought rearranging the order of the rounds could be pretty cool. Like you know, maybe start off in the 9th round then go to the 2nd or 3rd round then back up to like 6th or 7th, so on and so on. Maybe just shuffle them and have a different order every fight. Also, I would also get rid of Round 1's because they are typically just feel out rounds. Yeah, that's what I would do if I had total control of the boxing world.

Related to this, simplify the rules by eliminating the 10-point must scoring so that paid-off judges don't have the option to give swing rounds to the fighter with the fixed win.

how would that be fixed though? in realty more judges should score more dominant rounds 10-8 and close rounds 10-10 but obviously we know how boxing works and they will give every even somewhat close-ish round to the a-side guy and even some that arent so close like round 10 in kovalev-ward until they get the decision they want

daggum, close rounds are scored 0-0. Only when a fighter has had a clear advantage should he earn a point or more for a round. This way, a judge cannot give a swing round to his fighter without drawing attention to himself as a bribe taker (or face a review board for incompetece and risk banishment from the sport).

Actually, if I could totaly revamp the rules, only knockdowns and KOs (obviously) would count. And judges would only review instant replays of disputed or missed calls by the referee. With the entire viewership sharing the same video monitors, no judge would be able to ignore a knockdown that should've been called, cuts from headbutts, etc. Essentially take most of the judging out of the sport.
