Eddie "earn" Hearn rigged Taylor vs Persoon then Dillian Whyte had to pay for Hearns bad karma

Great fight.Huge respect to Persoon. I actually thought she won the fight as did Johny Nelson the Sky sport boxing pundit at ringside.

Iam not really into some womens sport eg football but womens boxing I can hack and actually looked forward to the Taylor v Persoon rematch more than than the main event of Whyte v Povetkin.

Didnt disappoint. Huge respect to both fighters.

Another spine tinglingly amazing fight. Katie definitely coped with the relentless and blistering pressure far better this time and wasn't ground down. She was still however completely powerless to slow it down, and as a result was completely out worked. I scored the fight as at 96 94 to Persoon. She may have ended the fight disappointed with her performance as she wasn't able to almost completely physically wear Katie down, but once she watches the fight back, she should see that she won again and be incredibly proud.

I had it a draw with of course the swing round going to taylor b/c of A-Side priviledge. It is what it is. Taylor's record doesn't look too good with a draw at this time.

When the Sky commentary team are going for the opponent you know Taylor is lucky to hold on to the titles!

I ask the boxingscene a simple question : was Delfine Persoon given a fair chance to win a decision in the UK with all British judges, considering the controversial results of the first contest? How would the score look if all three judges were from Belgium? A simple question I ask.

Below I note the names of these three English-criminals that decided Taylor vs. Persoon II.

                John Latham 94-96 | Victor Loughlin 93-98 | Mark Lyson 94-96

Katie Taylor has officially become the most overrated and protected champion in the sport of boxing, worse than Vasily Lomachenko ; a complete fraud!

It breaks my heart to see Delfine Persoon putting her body and soul in these two legacy defining fights only to get robbed in the end. I nearly cried when I read the title of this thread, you deserved better Delfine Persoon.

I'm the same. Most women's sport is just a lesser version of the same men's sport. But in boxing, it's just another division.

Where I disagree is I thought the Taylor Persoon fight was crap. Persoon made it a wrestling match and the far superior boxer was lucky to escape with her belts. On another day those judges reward basic effort and it will be down to the 2 minute rounds that allow the women to go full tilt for 20 minutes with 9 breaks.

Wo! Loma is not protected, if anything he is avoided because he is so dam hard to fight.
