Maybe now Shytes army can go back to hitching their wagon to AJ. Shyte had always been a C level fighter with above average power & awful stamina & he is a complete cheat & fraud which I think got him kod easier (because Roids damage the body & brain)

The same people who hype the hell out of Luis Ortiz who has literally beaten nobody
Yet Whyte who actually has recognisable names on his resume gets trashed
Which is it? Either Ortiz gets trashed too, or Whyte gets the Ortiz hype treatment

By the way. Lineal... not a belt.
And debatable whether he even held it prior to Wilder. Or even now. That's how credible the lineal title is.

They deserved it. Whyte has a highlight reel humiliation tonight, but his cheating has caused damage to careers.

You said the highlighted for a reason so I’d like to hear that

The difference between a champion and not. Povetkin has always been a smaller HW fighting in an era of giants. I don’t know why people thought this would go any different if Whyte didn’t stop him. Povetkin has carved himself quite a nice career in this era. Povetkin has been dropped, beaten by much larger men, but never broken or deterred.
Those KDs weren't anything. He’s got top of the food chain HW experience for damn near ten years now. It’s not by accident. I’ve always held him in high regard. So a little bias here.
Barring a KO, it’s hard to imagine a man Povetkin’s size or very near it beating him, even at this age

Not even Klitschko can claim that. Most decorated HW in the last 15 years like it or not. Is that not true? Yes or no will suffice.
When did this 'separately held different belts' award come in? If Ruiz picks up the WBC down the line does he enter the HoF?
Lineal can be credible. It just so happens that if Fury holds it right now then it's not. It was when he beat Klitschko. No doubt. But somehow retiring twice, getting banned for drugs, hitting the coke, beer and kebabs and then coming back to fight bouncers and street sweepers affected its standing. If you can be the lineal champion while on the piss and then fighting bums, well, it's not worth much is it?
Now I should be clear, I'm actually a Fury fan. And you'll be surprised to hear that dates back to before he fought Wlad or Wilder (which he puts me in a small group on NSB).
But the current Fury. The one, after the multiple retirements and stripping of titles, needs to do more than beat the most limited HW Champion in history.
He'd need to beat the concensus number two. And if we can't reach a consensus on who that is, he'll need to beat both.
He beat Wilder. And needs Joshua.

Can't ever discount the power, it's a great equalizer.
I watched at weigh ins White snubbed Povetkin's handshake, and between rounds wound refuse to touch gloves. Not that he's obliged.
But when Povetkin knocked him out, then he shook his hand.
Povetkin looks shot, but his technique and punch power still makes him dangerous, even at 40.

Patience is the key. Oilskin's time will come again!
