    Joseph's eyes are so focused, they remind me of Eleider Alvarez's eyes before he knocked out Kovalev. I had picked Alvarez to win in the second half, then backed up at the last second... I ate my liver for that, it would have been a nice lump.
    I'm not seeing the upset here as a big surprise at all. Joseph might not be that polished but she's gonna bring a fight in a way that Mikaela hasn't seen before, and it's gonna be a real test of Mayer's maturity and composure I think... This is the kinda test I look for when I'm thinking about whether a touted prospect really has the grit to make it, although of course usually I'm thinking about the men's game.
