because he has no problem cheating, simple as that, to add more information, floyd cheated a smaller guy and spent the rest of his life talking about how easy the fight was, then whenever he met marquez for tv interviews, floyd acted insecure and scared

You never seen marquez lose 12 straight rounds.
Weight was the reason for that?

Because he could. Marquez should have tried to put it in the contract that Mayweather pay him a large amount of money for not making the weight they agreed on but I don't think he did. Mayweather made no effort to make that weight and came in at the same weight he always weighs for welterweight fights. He never intended to make the catchweight.

Haymon: Hey JMM, do you want to fight (spar) Floyd in a fake rigged soft sparring session for a career high payday?
JMM: Okay, what do I have to do?
Haymon: Just play soft and look confused and throw one punch combinations. We'll give you a career high payday and a bonus.
JMM: Where do I sign?
JMM had no leverage, was a lousy draw on his own so it made sense to throw the fight for FLoyd for the career high payday. Haymon had the free money from the $150m six fight guaranteed showtime deal.
