Comments Thread For: Mayweather Gives Take on Wilder, Fury, Joshua, Heavyweights

Former five division world champion Floyd Mayweather had a Q&A with fight fans at the York Hall in London, and gave his take on the red-hot heavyweight division. Fury shook things up last month, when he stopped Deontay Wilder in the seventh round to capture the WBC heavyweight strap. They are now set to compete in a trilogy fight in the coming months.

Same old tired stuff from Floyd. Ask him about Corona virus he'd find a way to make it about him.

This man Mayweather is a hell of an opportunist. Waits for a big event to happen & then suddenly pops up to do interviews & announce his plans for the future that don't ever come to fruition. Man knows how to make sure he's still getting attention.

Fraudweather still pretending he was great. The greatest duck of all time was protected by Haymon's corruption and fixing. Floyd ducked his way to being a counterfeit great. But his duck list gives it all away - Martinez, Williams, Margarito, Cotto, GGG, Harris, Casamayor, Tszyu, Winky, Thurman, Pac for six years, Pac rematch.

Isnt that his job, isnt that what celebrities do, dont you realise the media follow celebrities around the world trying to get them to say something that they can get a headline out off.

Being famous is a lifestyle that Floyd enjoys and he is living the dream, he has a massive ego and is arrogant but gee he could box better than anyone else of his time, I dont care for the public Floyd I just enjoyed the fighter.

Like how he found a way to make it about himself/work himself into the conversation.

I'm pretty sure if Floyd were to be asked to deliver an eulogy to somebody, he'd be speaking about how great he is. On someone's birthday he'd congratulate himself and I'm still surprised he didn't lie into Ali's coffin instead of Ali during the televised memorial.

If Floyd didn't speak about himself on every occasion, your comment would have been to the point...
