The Romany Gypsies have origins in India and more recently, parts of the Middle East and North Africa. Billy Joe Saunders identifies as a Romany. Tyson Fury and his family, from what I understand, identify as Irish Travellers, a type of “Gypsy” that studies suggest descend from an ancient Celtic population that was likely displaced during a long-forgotten war or famine, hence no land and an itinerant lifestyle.
