I got no issue with the no road work thing, because he does all that **** in the pool, and Wilder is an Ectomorph to a Tee. Lot's of road running would just kill his knees.

But he needs to get Deas out of there and get an actual ****ing trainer though.

None of those guys are ectomorphic like Wilder though. I'd be curious how much road work Tommy Hearns did. That would be a good comparison.
