Ward fought an undefeated Kovalev who was near prime. Canelo KOed a washed up old 5 to 1 underdog Kovalev who had lost 3 of his last 6 fights and had recently been KOed, Try to understand the difference if you can.

Yes, Max was arguing the other side. I can see both sides, but like Max said, it's business who you choose to fight now, rather than the best vs the best all the time.

Of course hes salty he never really had a big glorified famed payday that he wanted, He got his $$$ no doubt but he never got that glorified famed check. Remember when he said he will come down to 160 to fight floyd LOOKING FOR THAT GLORY CHECK, and now Canelo is at a his weight class and just Iced his best win..... so what he gonna say?
