you always act like this when you on the losing end...

yall tried to say floyd didnt/barely train because it was just conor. he didnt need to go hard.

but the truth is, he cant go hard because his body cant take it anymore! yall cant accept the truth. i posted the statement from floyd saying he cant train like how he used too but yall on here talking bout he didnt train hard because it was just conor lmao.

“I’m taking a lot of time off. I’m letting my body rejuvenate. Letting my body heal just to make sure that before I go out there to compete, whether it’s in the boxing gym or in that squared circle, I want to make sure that my body is as close to 100 percent as possible so I’ve been letting my body do a lot of resting. I’ve been doing a lot of resting this training camp whereas other training camps I really wasn’t resting as much.”

Honestly I think Floyd, and all of us really, just underestimated how good McGregor could be in there against him...Floyd probably didn't mentally take it seriously, moreso than physically.

Conor could box a little bit in there, it was surprising...and on top of that, Conor is a lefty, a good/awkward fighter, and also there was no tape on him really to know what he would do...he was awkward in like 3 ways with all of that...he was in his physical prime as well and has some boxing skill...and just as importantly, he is probably naturally 15-20 pounds heavier than Floyd.

You add all that up and it presented a problem for Floyd...for as long as Conor's stamina held up anyway...Floyd had never been in there with a guy that size, who could box, was lefty, in his prime.

I gained and lost a lot of respect for Conor that night...he was legit outboxing Floyd the first 3 rounds and it was basically even before the stoppage...but for Conor to gas that badly...as a pro fighter...inexcusable really...should be ashamed of himself.

McGregor wouldn't have to train at all if they fought in the Octagon.

To be fair, Floyd's idea of barely training is probably more that some fighters ever do.

He's also been accused of cherrypicking opponents for low risk high reward fights, and now looks to throw it in the face of the public that pays him

I agree with everything you saying but how you be mad at how bad he gassed. He was 0-0. Zero experience as a pro boxer.

Name one fight in McGregor's entire career mma or his lone boxing match where he hasnt gassed .in the mma hes gassed every fight within15 min of action ......hes only been 5 rounds once vs nate diaz and he gassed ( credit to him for pulling it out tho he showed heart )and Arguably lost . Then he made it in to the 4th vs kabib but he was about to throw up and got choked out . And as you stated It was obvious he was going to gas he has 0 muscle memory from.boxing and his stamina is **** that's why floyd walked him down with the high guard and let him shoot his load . McGregor has no stamina even in his chosen sport hes been training most of his life

I guess for me it comes down to 'you have one job' as a pro athlete...make sure you are in great condition.

If he had great MMA stamina...I wouldn't really make much of it...I would agree that maybe it was just boxing for the first time...but I would still expect an elite level pro athlete to be able to better simulate what it would take, stamina wise, to get through 12 rounds like that with no real issue.

The fact that he has had some serious issues in MMA with stamina just kind of hammers that point home for me...as in awe of him as I am for his fighting talent...I am similarly disappointed that he can't be bothered to properly condition himself...if he was better conditioned, he very possibly could have beaten Floyd (on my card anyway; not the judges probably)...and he possibly could have beaten Khabib or Diaz (first fight).

I just think it is embarrassing that he can't come in with a full tank...but I do think he is a great fighting talent as well.

You expect a vet like Floyd to be able take him into deep water and drown him, but that takes away from Conor being able to outbox tbe for more rounds than anyone expected
