UK treated Tyson Fury like an outcast because he was a gypsy, USA embraced the fact that he’s a gypsy that doesn’t give a ****. Best thing Fury did was move to USA.

Hence nice to see Fury doing well now and earning millions along the way.

It’s sad the way the Romany, Balkan Egyptian, and Irish Gypsy people have been trampled on over there in Europe for the last 1000 years. Not surprised Fury was unhappy. Glad he and his family found a home and are appreciated here in the USA.

Fury and his people still fighting #TillThisDay!

... it's not clear that Irish Travelers really belong to the "Gypsy" stock...

Yes and nice to see him at the top or near the top of the boxing ladder.Would be nice to see him finish his career of with credit.Hence may the best man win in the forthcoming rematch and hopefully Fury fights Joshua at some point.I rather see him fighting and loosing and cementing a deeper legacy as long as he has gave his all rather than shirking opponents for false legacy and money.Same goes for all boxers in today's climate.

Does Fury live in the US year round now? I thought he just came to Vegas to train for fights while hes been doing the US thing?

he has not moved to America. He lives in Lancashire, his fights has been in America, hence he trains there before fights.

I think he uses the US as a training camp for all his fights now.Hence needs to get away from his family and focus solely on the training camp.

Point is he didnt help himself before by posting a lot of anti gay stuff but prior to that still felt excluded by the fact he was a gypsy and the image they have in the UK on the whole hasnt been a good one.Theirs shows in the Uk that have tried to change that recently eg by looking at fly on the wall documentary's on gypsy life.

I think deep down Fury thrives on love like we all do and is getting that more in abundance now hence a healthier man.

Fury says he loves his home Lancashire and he thinks he will live there forever. Sad how many gypsy that play the victim card all their life, they are often thought they can not do any wrong it's just prejudice against them. The circle has to break and Tyson's dad knows this. I know little about Irish gypsies but I have experience with Rumanian gypsies and I doubt anyone here would have them as neighbours.

Yes but it was pointing to a the wider context of feeling more love in the US hence he thrives of that.Having said that Fury seems to have changed a lot of people in the UK round by his transformation from dark to trying to merge to the light.

Hence Fury still feels as alluded to in his autobiography doors were sometimes closed in the boxing fraternity due to his gypsy background.
