Both sides should have had a constant presence on youtube and other social media...if not the fighters then the promoters. They should have built up the story like since 5-6 months to get people to digest and believe this is the biggest event to be made. Given that Al Haymon is almost invisible and Bob Arum doesn't talk a lot of sense is NOT helping this fight. In fact, the little promotion done is by the fighters themselves.

If you want Mayweather money...you'll have to sweat for that, not sit on your lazy a$$e$ thinking it will "sell itself". Sure, it will but not at the level it should have. Announcing it late was a blunder in my opinion.
Agreed, heard they paid almost 6m dollars for the half - time super bowl advert, which is seen by 100m people. Would that help? Who knows, but wouldn't the price put people off?

Yes, I see that. So which of those sections are you saying hasn't been put on sale?

Typically when you hold back sections, you hold back the sections least likely to be seen on television. Yet you're suggesting that ringside sections, the ones most likely to be seen on TV, haven't been sold. It's an interesting theory, but seems unlikely.

But neither Deontay Wilder nor Tyson Fury are Floyd Mayweather.

        Equally as counterfeit as floyd.

Monzon, the quote in your signature seems to fit Fury perfectly.

"A Champion is someone who gets up when he can't."
If Jack Dempsey was alive today, he would be sitting front row at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on February 22. It's time for all boxing fans to put their prejudices aside and enjoy this glorious championship fight. For on this night, a new Lineal King will be crowned and immortalized in the books of boxing history.

              Uh, no.

Floyd earned his spot atop the sport by drawing lots of PPV buys.

Wilder and Fury are charging Floyd prices without bringing his same viewership numbers.

They should lower the price of their PPV and of the tickets to see them too.

But once promoters push things to a certain price level they never lower it again. Greedy fucks.

I just think they are trying to sell the rest of the arena first. Ticketing companies are notorious for this sort of thing.

That is of course if these tickets are not on sale to the general public.

All of Floyd's fights post 2006 were rigged.

Floyd was the protected pretender hired by the corrupt american establishment to play the role of pretend counterfeit all time great.

Wilder is the next protected pretender, Fury signed up to join the scheme (he needs money after this last two fights were flops).
