Secondly why are we talking about Conor in a boxing match when he has yet to prove himself against anyone in there yet? He's 0-1!!! Crawford consistently packs 10K-15K in Omaha and has had some of the highest rated fights of the year since Top Rank joined ESPN. If people don't know who he is, you've set the bar at a level that only 1-2 people in boxing can reach (Canelo, Joshua) so you're not really dissing him as much as you're dissing the sport (i.e. the top fighters in the sport are irrelevant to the public at large).

Arum is trying to promote TC by linking him to UFC/McGregor. He isn’t going to throw him in there in an MMA match vs McGregor when he doesn’t even have him fight the best boxers in boxing. How’s he gonna skip all that and fight one of the best current MMA fighters?

Wtf?! This is a really bizarre era of boxing. YouTubers boxing, MMA vs boxing, can we just respect both sports and not do this crossover/circus fights!

Arum doesn’t understand what is required to crossover from boxing to UFC. Either that or he is thinking of making one last huge splash in the twilight of his career. Either way I figure Crawford is too smart to believe any of this.
