Hurd looked gassed early and stuck in transition of trainers. Next fight can't be against a top boxer his size or he'll lose badly

That's the thing man, alot of people don't realize that the pressure fighting style came about right around the time of the Harrison fight.

Hurd wasn't really looking for the KO until later in the fight; this was a glorified sparring session. Hurd was trying to work on defense and movement. I was more concerned when he fought Wellborn and got caught with a lot of shots until he decided to stop him.

Looks like last 2 fights have taken a toll on his confidence to **** out. Gets washed at 160.

It was one of those “so I guess everyone blows then” cards. Garcia is ready to be taken down and Hurd needs to go back to slugging.

              Goodness, what an awful fight.

Hurd, I think is done as a championship level fighter

Hurd defended himself better, worked off his jab much more and soundly defeated Francisco Santana in their 10-round middleweight match.

You can land the jab and stay on the outside!
