Comments Thread For: Munguia-O'Sullivan Weigh-In Results From San Antonio

Jaime Munguia forever leaves behind the 154-pound division as he sets his sights on the world's best middleweights. The first order of business at the new weight for the former junior middleweight titlist is a 12-round clash with Gary 'Spike' O'Sullivan, which headlines from The Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas (Saturday, DAZN, 9:00pm ET; preliminary card beginning at 7:00pm ET).

        Lolol

        War moustache!

He's got a decent left hook up and downstairs and solid right-hand. He just has even worse defense than Mungo and been through the ringer. Plus he's old.

Goldenboy needs to stop holding that belt hostage.

Why is Spike O’Sullivan fighting for a belt? Was it that scintillating win over Khiary Gray or Gabor Gorbics?

Could have at least put Mungia in with Lemieux. This is the hottest garbage.

People keep saying this but obviously no one pays attention to the guy cause he already has his 2nd fight scheduled at 168 lbs

Well either way it’s messed up bro. The new game is to pay to put a weak champion in place and then hide him from everyone outside and even inside the promotional company.

The sanctioning bodies are worthless at this stage. The promoters are a lot more powerful.
