I concede to u that Manny could very well be the fighter of the decade. He was damn exciting. Still Floyd did whoop JMM, where Manny had it tough. The point is it’s just arbitrary period of time, move the ten years up or down and things are different. Did after 2010 u think Manny would beat Floyd? I sure didn’t. An auxiliary member can apply for reconsideration of his or her classification after writing more extensively. He cant even Vote. lol
