Tank is going to have to fight Loma sooner than later because he holds all the cards and most all of the belts at 135.

Davis just not taking it seriously. I doubt Gamboa has enough left to make him pay for his half-ars3d approach, but sooner or later someone will. Hard work and dedication to the sport can overcome talent that takes itself for granted.

I'll be surprised if it goes past 3 rounds
Gamboa is 6 years and 2 weight classes past his best
It's definitely a Mayweather type opponent. Name fighter, past his best, and low risk that will generate $

Lets be honest. If Team Tank, led by the likes of Floyd and Ellerbe, are rolling any dice then those dice are LOADED ones. We can see the way Tanks being led down a carefully led path through Cherry pick forest. But Floys is here to try convince the Casual fans not real Boxing fans. But its the Casuals that bring the bulk of the money in.

Mayweather was sheer brilliance at his best but I'm not sure he exactly loaded the dice. Maybe he did want Cotto in his prime and Oscar, I don't know. He didn't want to fight Paul Williams and Margarito, although the latter had loaded gloves most likely. He didn't fight a prime Mosley. As for the Pacquiao fight happening years too late, blame could be assigned to both I suppose. As for Davis, he is struggling to make weight and may as well go up to welterweight, not just light welterweight.
